I've been working with Concursive since 2001 and have been involved with many public-facing projects, including ConnectElements.com, ConcourseConnect and ConcourseSuite CRM.

Some of the social networking features I've worked on include: activity streams, blogs, wikis, ratings, tags, comments, connections, liking and sharing.

Some of the CRM features I've worked on include: lead management, opportunity tracking, account management, contact management, marketing campaigns, issue and case resolution, and service contracts.

Other interesting and related features I've specialized on include: agile and traditional project management, document management, and user management.
